The SS-HJ200G Portable Counter-UAS Handheld Detection & Jamming Device is Salem Science Limited’s next-generation Android-powered ‘edge–cloud’ integrated low-altitude defence product. It combines passive RF detection, multi-band electromagnetic jamming and 4G/5G cloud networking in a single lightweight rifle-style unit.
The device detects and identifies illegal drones via radio-frequency scanning and protocol analysis, covering 300 MHz–6 GHz with 360° omni-directional coverage. Once a target is locked, it rapidly initiates electromagnetic suppression to sever the drone’s remote-control link, video-transmission link and navigation signal, forcing the UAV to land or return home. Simultaneously, the built-in Remote-ID receiver captures drone identity, location and flight-status data for precise traceability.
A 5-inch foldable Android touchscreen provides real-time drone/flyer coordinates, offline HD satellite maps, strike-mode status and battery level. Through 4G/5G connectivity the unit links to cloud servers and fixed-position defence systems, forming a ‘detect–judge–control–feedback’ closed-loop command architecture. Weighing ≤4 kg (core unit), the SS-HJ200G is ideal for mobile patrol, major-event security, critical-infrastructure protection and military field operations.
